Edward has been involved in the New York food and beverage scene for over 25 years.  He has had successful career behind the bar developing award winning wine and spirits programs for restaurants like David Burke’s Park Avenue Café, 21 Club, David Burke Prime and from the supplier side helping to launch brands with Suntory/ Allied Domecq and Atlantic Wine & Spirits. A classic Barman,  Edward brings passion into every cocktail he crafts as Head Bartender at Tavern 62 by David Burke .  This is the second time Edward has participated in Chefs for Kids Cancer.
