Erin Halper is the founder and CEO of The Upside and a leader in the future of work revolution. The Upside is a support, growth and networking community for high-achieving women pursuing independent, flexible careers as consultants, contractors and boutique agencies. Erin has been featured in Forbes, CIO, Heymama, Thrive Global, Brit + Co, and on the Mind of a Mentor podcast, just to name a few, and speaks at events and institutions around the country, including Harvard and Brown, on topics covering women and work.
In addition to changing the way working works in corporate America, Erin continues her growth as a painter, including explorations in both abstract and realism, with particular interest in creating work that evokes a sense of childhood joy in all of us. Erin earned a BBA in Marketing from The George Washington University and studied at Parsons School of Design in Paris, France.
