Diana Valenzuela began cooking professionally at Riverpark, Tom Colicchio's farm-to-table restaurant in Manhattan. She has worked in a number of New York kitchens including Boulud Sud and Del Posto. She was formerly the pastry chef at David Waltuck's Elan and is now the pastry chef at Loring Place
