Adam Nadel started his culinary career on the West Coast, working part-time as a caterer and dinner party chef for his friends while attending classes at the California School of Culinary Arts. After graduating in 2004, he began working in San Diego at the top-rated restaurants Providence and Nobu.
Leaving the California sun behind, Adam headed to New York where he worked at Nobu NYC and Tailor. With a fondness for Italian cuisine and eagerness to perfect his pasta-rolling skills, Adam took a job as Chef de Cuisine working alongside pasta pro, Chef Missy Robbins, at the Marc Restaurant Groups, A Voce Columbus.
Currently Adam serves as Sous Chef to Jonathan Benno at Lincoln Ristorante.
