Clare de Boer is the co-head chef of King, where she and Jess write a daily-changing menu that reflects the weather, seasons, and dining traditions of Europe. Clare has moved to New York from London, where she worked at The River Cafe. In her spare time Clare can be found having dinner in Flushing. She is never far away from good olive oil or a pile of salted anchovies.
