Kimberly Suzuka developed a love for baking and all things food at a young age. Spending countless hours in the kitchen with her family inspired her to transform her passion into her career. Kimberly graduated at the top of her class from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Upon finishing school, she transitioned into the front of the house, working at some of the top establishments in the country, currently with Per Se in New York City.
Kimberly started StuffedNYC.com in 2013, an online cookie business specializing in small-batch, handcrafted cookies. Even in the company's infancy, Kimberly's cookies have quickly grown in popularity, with orders shipping all over the country and internationally as well. Each batch is carefully prepared by her without the use of any preservatives.
