Chef Crystal grew up watching her grandmother and older brother in the kitchen and is known for her magnificent wedding cakes and imaginative seasonal treats. A graduate of Johnston and Wales’ top-tier Baking and Pastry program, she marries her passion for the craft with her innovative spirit to create unforgettable desserts for guests. Chef Crystal is a ProStart culinary competition winner and the recipient of a Ritz-Carlton employee quality award.
