Executive Chef Scott Hollingsworth was raised in Cornelius, NC. Scott inherited a passion for food from his mother. Scott's mom grew up in England and was the daughter of an Air Force pilot. She lived in various locations around the United States gaining many culinary influences. Scott's mother gave him the motivation and interest in becoming a Chef from a very early age. He began his tenure at Dressler’s Restaurant in October of 2005. His commitment to quality, freshness, and creative presentation drew him to Dressler’s. Scott lives in Davidson with his wife of 15 years, Rhonda. His interests include fishing, his dogs and grilling out.
